AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Ten Sixty Inc, doing business as 1060 AI (“1060 AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.tensixtyai.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in California, United States, and have our registered office at 409 North Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

1. Messaging Consent and Purpose

By providing your phone number to Ten Sixty Inc through www.tensixtyai.com or other means, you agree to receive automated and manual application-to-person (A2P) messages to your phone number. These messages may include, but are not limited to, transactional updates, account notifications, and marketing information.

2. Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving A2P messages from Ten Sixty Inc at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, or by contacting us at (702) 555-5555 or [email protected]. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive A2P messages from us, except for a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

3. Compliance and Liability

Ten Sixty Inc commits to complying with all applicable regulations and carrier policies regarding A2P 10DLC messaging. This includes adherence to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other relevant laws. Ten Sixty Inc is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your account activity and communication preferences. For transactional updates and account notifications, you may receive multiple messages per month based on your interaction with our services.

5. Charges

Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider’s plan. Ten Sixty Inc is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of receiving our messages.

Ten Sixty Inc reserves the right to modify these messaging terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on www.tensixtyai.com. Your continued use of the messaging service signifies your acceptance of any changes.
